BitBroom is a free, open-source Windows utility suite centered on disk cleanup, with Cleaner as its main fit for PC optimization. Its audience is technical Windows users who want detailed control over cleanup rather than a broader system-maintenance package. The suite also includes BitBroom Rescue for recovering deleted files from NTFS, FAT32 and exFAT volumes, though Cleaner is the relevant component for routine optimization.
