Billify is a cloud-based dance studio management platform for studio owners, front-desk teams, instructors and parents. It brings together student profiles, batch and timetable management, attendance, fee collection, family subscriptions, instructor payroll, occupancy monitoring, recital coordination and parent communication. The platform is available on the web and Android, and suits studios managing recurring classes, multiple instructors, families and payments.

Its strongest area is operational depth. Studios can track student contact details, batch history, progress notes and family information, while QR or PIN attendance supports class-level and batch-level tracking. Billing includes automated invoices, fee collection, payment tracking and centralized family or group subscriptions. The platform also covers instructor attendance, shifts, assignments and payroll, plus occupancy reporting, waitlists and alternative slot suggestions. Recital tools extend beyond scheduling to rehearsals, costumes, ticketing and backstage tasks, with WhatsApp Business, Stripe and Razorpay integrations available.
