BidPacto is a web-based workspace for teams responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, DDQs, tenders, and security or vendor questionnaires. Proposal, sales, security, legal, and subject-matter teams can upload request packages and approved company materials, then produce source-backed draft answers. It is aimed at response work rather than finding new opportunities, so it fits teams that already have a solicitation to answer better than teams seeking tender discovery.

Its workflow connects document parsing to review: it accepts Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, image, Markdown, CSV, text, HTML, and JSON files; identifies requirements and deadlines; and flags missing information or unsupported claims. Review statuses, issue notes, and approval controls provide a place for stakeholders to check drafts, while a reusable source library and previous proposal content can support later responses. The product requires human validation before submission, so its drafting does not replace subject-matter review.

Pricing is per complete response project, not per user, and there is no free plan; free previews and checkers are limited tools. Starter is $599 per month billed monthly or $499 per month billed annually. Pro is $1,499 monthly or $1,199 annually, and Team is $2,999 monthly or $2,499 annually; the listed highlights for those tiers are the same core matrix, draft-answer, and export capabilities. Enterprise offers custom response volume, custom support, and security questionnaire workflows. BidPacto is a fit for teams that value sourced drafts, compliance tracking, and editable approvals; teams prioritizing opportunity discovery should look elsewhere.
