BeChallenge is a web-based experiential learning and internship management platform for universities and their academic, company and institutional teams. It brings together internship offers, applications, agreements, follow-up and evaluation, while giving employers company accounts with mentors, checkpoints and shared university-company assessment. Institutions can also manage competency rubrics, 360-degree assessment, evidence portfolios, verifiable credentials, dashboards and accreditation exports. It is suited to programs that need a shared workflow across students, educators, employers and institutional teams rather than a narrow placement register.
The platform’s strongest fit is its connection to the education ecosystem. LTI 1.3 integrates BeChallenge with Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard and Brightspace, while REST APIs and webhooks support broader educational-ecosystem integration and business intelligence tools. Single sign-on is supported. The internship and company-agreement command center adds alerts, and the Talent Hub supports discovering students through verified evidence. These capabilities make BeChallenge relevant when internship administration, assessment and institutional reporting need to work together.
Pricing is split between a free AI Experience Designer for teachers and institutional subscriptions sized by active programs.
