Our verdict on AuraFlow
AuraFlow is a studio management platform for yoga, fitness, and wellness businesses. It brings together recurring and one-time class scheduling, capacity limits, waitlists, instructor assignment, attendance, member booking, memberships, billing, POS, inventory, facility management, marketing, analytics, and video content. It suits studios that want a broad operational system rather than a tool focused only on class reservations. A responsive member portal supports booking and reservation management, while self-hosting is available under the AGPLv3 license alongside the hosted cloud service.
Pricing is structured around a hosted Studio plan at $99 per month, with a 14-day trial. Studio includes up to 10 locations, unlimited classes, members, and instructors, white-label branding, a RESTful API, Zoom live-streaming and on-demand video, POS, gift cards, and retail. Self-hosting is free under AGPLv3 and is distinct from the hosted subscription. Enterprise adds unlimited locations, a dedicated account manager, custom onboarding and migration, an SLA guarantee, advanced security and compliance, and custom feature development.
