Augmentt SaaS Management is a cloud platform for managed service providers that need to administer customer SaaS environments across multiple tenants. Its Engage product covers Google Workspace user tasks such as creation, offboarding, password resets, group management, and editing user details. MSP technicians can work through centralized administration with least-privilege access, while Discover adds SaaS application and usage visibility. This makes Augmentt most relevant to MSPs managing Workspace alongside other customer services, rather than organizations seeking a Workspace-only administration tool.

The Workspace feature set includes mapping users to devices in Discover, security configuration audits, and MFA reports. Augmentt also integrates with Microsoft 365, Duo, and MSP-oriented systems including Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, Syncro, Halo, and CloudRadial. That ecosystem can suit providers coordinating administration with PSA and related tools. The boundary matters: the vendor describes Google Workspace as a subset of its functionality compared with Microsoft 365, and says some user-management actions rely on Microsoft-only objects. Google Workspace does not currently support the Secure module, so buyers should assess the specific Workspace workflows they need rather than assume every broader platform capability applies.

Pricing is available through sales rather than a published price list; Augmentt describes per-seat or per-tenant pricing and invites customers to start a free trial. The platform is cloud-deployed, with phone, email, and documentation support. Its published compliance credentials include SOC 2 and GDPR. Choose Augmentt if centralized tenant administration, delegated technician access, and MSP ecosystem connections are central requirements. A buyer whose priority is full parity across Workspace and Microsoft 365 security functionality, or a clearly priced self-service plan, should compare alternatives before deciding.
