ATTOM Property Navigator is a web-based real estate research tool for agents, brokers, investors, appraisers, lenders and other property professionals. It brings property records, sales and mortgage history, comparable-sales analysis and valuation research together for prospecting and property review. Nationwide residential and commercial coverage makes it relevant to users searching across markets, while map filters can narrow searches to a neighborhood, school district or custom-drawn area.
The research workflow spans address, owner and parcel ID searches, with additional filters for foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, occupancy and distressed properties. Property reports include photos, maps, ownership, tax and sales data, and can be printed.
