ATLOS is a paid email-hosting service for individuals and teams using custom domains. It combines hosted mailboxes, webmail, aliases, email tracking, signatures, third-party client access, shared inboxes, and a transactional email REST API. The base subscription includes one mailbox user, one custom domain, 10 aliases, and 10 GB of storage, making it a focused fit for teams that want branded email with shared access and developer-oriented delivery options.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. The Base plan costs $2.99 per user per month when billed monthly, or $29.9 per user per year when billed annually. Both versions list the same included features: one user with mailbox login and inbox, one custom domain, 10 email aliases, email tracking and read receipts, automatic DNS through Cloudflare, and a signature builder with templates. ATLOS also offers additional users, domains, aliases, and a separate transactional email API for product and account messages.
Its platform fit is strongest for teams already comfortable with standard mail clients and Cloudflare. Webmail includes advanced search, keyboard shortcuts, and dark mode, while IMAP and SMTP support connects ATLOS with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, and a phone’s built-in mail app. Automatic Cloudflare configuration covers MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup. Teams that need a calendar, native mobile apps, or mailbox migration tooling should choose a broader email suite instead; ATLOS is better suited to focused email hosting with shared inboxes, custom domains, and API access.
