It organizes recurring engagements, milestones, deadlines, client requests, proposals, e-signatures, prepaid-hour ledgers, documents, reporting, and secure branded client portals around a shared client record. Its focus is the operational work surrounding accounting engagements rather than bookkeeping or financial statement production, making it a fit for small and midsize firms that need a structured way to coordinate client work.
Its strongest area is the breadth of engagement operations in one product. Teams can manage deadline-driven projects through Kanban, table, and Gantt views; track requests with assignment, status, and history; share documents through folders and client uploads; and manage proposals or engagement letters with multi-signer e-signatures. Reporting covers workload, realization, and outstanding items. The platform also supports CRM records for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities, while AI can generate project plans from signed proposals.
