Aspina provides online pension and financial wellbeing education for UK employers, particularly SMEs. Employees work through seven learning modules covering workplace pensions, contributions, tax relief, salary sacrifice, retirement options, pension scams and pension statements. Video training, quizzes, automatic re-sits, progress tracking, reminder emails and completion certificates give the programme a clear learning path. Employers can create accounts from a spreadsheet and receive completion information in CSV or PDF formats.

Pricing is structured across four paid per-employee plans. Starter costs £25 per employee, Growth costs £20, Business costs £17 and Enterprise costs £15.
