Arrange is interview scheduling software for recruiters, talent teams, executive assistants, and coordinators managing candidates, clients, and hiring managers. It collects availability, matches time slots, sends invitations, and tracks interview progress. Candidate scheduling links do not require candidate or client accounts, while panel scheduling works across multiple hiring-manager calendars. Automatic confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling support the coordination work around interviews.
The published plans show a free Starter tier with a personal booking link, one calendar connection, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams connections, and unlimited 1:1 meeting bookings. Pro costs $35 per user per month or $336 per user per year and adds multiple scheduling workflows, hiring-manager calendar connections, multi-calendar support, and ATS integrations.
