Arrange is interview scheduling software for recruiters, talent teams, executive assistants, and coordinators managing candidates, clients, and hiring managers. It collects availability, matches time slots, sends invitations, and tracks interview progress. Candidate scheduling links do not require candidate or client accounts, while panel scheduling works across multiple hiring-manager calendars. Automatic confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling support the coordination work around interviews.
The published plans show a free Starter tier with a personal booking link, one calendar connection, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams connections, and unlimited 1:1 meeting bookings. Pro costs $35 per user per month or $336 per user per year and adds multiple scheduling workflows, hiring-manager calendar connections, multi-calendar support, and ATS integrations. Enterprise adds custom onboarding and training, white-labeled booking links, a custom booking-link domain, API access, and priority support. The plan structure gives small teams a way to begin without a subscription, while larger recruiting operations have a path to more advanced coordination features.
Arrange fits teams whose scheduling process spans candidates, interview panels, calendars, video platforms, and ATS records. It connects with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links, and offers ATS integrations with Loxo, Crelate, and Recruiterflow. Live interview stage tracking and parallel candidate and client availability collection extend its focus beyond simple appointment booking. Teams that need only basic 1:1 scheduling may find Starter sufficient; teams needing several workflows, broader calendar coordination, or ATS connectivity should consider Pro. Enterprise is the relevant tier for custom domains, API access, and priority support.
