Families receive a branded portal for registration, document submission, child information, and payments, while staff can work through web, iOS, and Android tools.
The platform’s breadth is its clearest strength. The Total Management Experience package covers registration and payments, enrollment management, grouping and rostering, scheduling, attendance, and a family and staff communication app. That communication layer supports announcements, photos, and direct messages. The Learning Experience package adds enrichment curriculum, a resource library, professional development, dashboards, analytics and reporting, and surveys. Together, these capabilities connect administrative workflows with family engagement, program planning, and staff development rather than focusing only on camp registration.
