Our verdict on ARIVE

ARIVE brings loan origination, borrower intake, product pricing and lender connections into a cloud platform for independent loan originators, mortgage brokers, non-delegated correspondent lenders and contract processors. Its workflow spans applications and document uploads through pre-approvals, automated underwriting-system runs, disclosures, lender pricing and loan submissions. It is aimed at broker operations that need more than a pipeline tracker, including teams that want borrowers and support staff to work in connected portals. The platform is not designed for hard-money, private or commercial loans, so lenders focused on those products should look elsewhere.

The product's breadth is its central draw: loan origination and pipeline management sit alongside a borrower point-of-sale portal, products and pricing engine, digital document storage, forms and disclosures, a realtor portal and mortgage call reports. Integrated connections include UWM, Newrez Wholesale, Rocket Pro, Arc Home, DocMagic, DocuSign, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Zapier API integration is included on Broker Pro. The feature mix suits brokers who want lender pricing and submissions in the same system as borrower intake; teams with a narrow need or specialized unsupported loan programs may find a more focused tool a better fit.

According to the vendor's pricing page, Broker Core Originator costs $49.99 per user per month billed annually or $59.99 monthly. Broker Core Support is $19.99 annually billed or $24.99 monthly, with limited LOS, POS and pricing-engine access. Broker Pro Originator costs $69.99 annually billed or $79.99 monthly and adds built-in e-sign, Zapier API, whitelabeling, POS themes and external document sharing; Pro Support is $34.99 annually billed or $39.99 monthly. A 21-day trial is advertised for approved brokers. The per-seat structure lets teams assign limited access to processors and administrators, while the annual price requires yearly billing. Choose ARIVE if broker origination, pricing and lender connectivity belong in one workflow; compare alternatives if your lending focus falls outside its supported use cases.
