Archy is cloud-based dental practice management software for dentists, office managers, group practices, and multi-location dental organizations. Its scheduling tools cover provider availability, configurable hours and breaks, operatories, booking rules, appointment holds, drag-and-drop editing, appointment finding, and ASAP lists. Patients can book simple visits online or submit scheduling requests for complex procedures. The platform also combines reminders, intake, consent forms, patient communication, clinical charting, imaging, treatment planning, insurance workflows, billing, reporting, and mobile access.
Scheduling is the clearest strength for practices that need more than a basic calendar. Automated SMS and email reminders support confirmation updates, while two-way texting, recall reminders, bulk texting, and post-appointment follow-up extend communication beyond the booking step. Online intake, medical history, consent forms, automatic sending, and kiosk mode can support front-office workflows. The patient portal adds appointment access, billing history, online booking, and payments. AI tools are available for clinical notes, payment posting, and practice intelligence.
