Aqua Container Security covers containerized applications from development through deployment and runtime. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams that need image and registry scanning alongside controls for Kubernetes workloads. Scanning covers vulnerabilities, malware, secrets, misconfigurations and open-source issues; the product also generates and analyzes SBOMs. Its hybrid deployment model supports cloud and self-hosted environments, including public, private, hybrid and disconnected deployments.
The breadth of controls is a central consideration for buyers. CI/CD pipeline and continuous registry scanning connect to tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Harbor, Amazon ECR, Azure Container Registry and Google Artifact Registry.
