Apsona is a web-based Salesforce add-on for importing, updating, exporting, cleaning, matching, and reporting on Salesforce data. It is aimed at Salesforce administrators, architects, partners, nonprofits, education institutions, and organizations managing complex Salesforce records. Its import wizard accepts CSV and TSV files, maps source columns to Salesforce fields, validates values, links related records, and works across native and custom objects. The product also covers data grids, multi-object reporting, duplicate management, document merging, and email merging.
Pricing is billed annually per user. Essentials Builder costs $125 per user per month and includes every Apsona product, full data management, reporting, import, and cleansing access, plus monthly workshop cohorts; Essentials requires at least three Builder licenses. Essentials Viewer costs $31 and provides read-only access, multi-object report viewing and export, and portable end-user grids. Advanced Builder costs $150 and adds a scheduler, four standard enablement sessions, local PDF storage, and password-protected PDFs. Advanced Viewer costs $16 with the same listed viewer capabilities. Premium Builder costs $190 and adds high-volume document and email merging, automation and workflow customization, and a dedicated sandbox. Premium Viewer costs $11 with read-only reporting and grid access. A 30-day trial is available.
The strongest fit is a Salesforce-centered data operation that needs more than a basic file importer. Field mapping, relationship linking, find-and-replace correction, duplicate detection, matching, merging, and scheduled reports or merge actions support multi-step cleanup workflows. Reporting spans multiple objects, while grids allow viewing and updating across objects. That breadth makes Apsona useful for teams that want migration and ongoing data administration in one Salesforce-native tool. It is less suitable for organizations moving data among multiple CRM systems or seeking a general-purpose migration platform, because Salesforce is the only listed CRM integration. Choose Apsona for Salesforce import and cleanup; consider an alternative when cross-CRM connectivity is central.
