Employees can participate through web, iOS, Android, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, while administrators can support broader culture programs with surveys, goals, analytics, and AI-assisted insights. It is suited to teams that want recognition and employee feedback in one platform rather than a standalone awards tool.
Pricing is split across three plans. Service Awards costs $12 per celebration and includes milestone celebrations, instant spot gifting, single-use gift vouchers, a curated rewards marketplace, and automated purchasing and scheduling. Recognition Essentials costs $3.75 per license per month when billed annually and adds the workplace hub and newsfeed, peer recognition, badge and point incentives, desktop and mobile apps, the global rewards marketplace, and Slack and Microsoft Teams integration. Culture Intelligence costs $5.50 per license per month when billed annually and adds pulse surveys, goals, premium AI features, and mobile app surveys.
