Any.do is a task-management and planning application for individuals, families, and teams. Personal users can organize tasks, lists, subtasks, reminders, recurring tasks, grocery lists, and daily plans through My Day. Families get shared spaces and grocery lists, while teams can use collaborative workspaces, project boards, workflow templates, and administrative permissions. Cross-device synchronization connects its web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome extension experiences.
The free Personal plan covers tasks and lists, reminders, calendar access, daily planning, and synchronization across devices. Published plans show Premium adding recurring tasks, WhatsApp reminders, AI-powered features, color tags, and location reminders. The Family plan focuses on shared family space, up to 4 members, grocery lists, and shared projects. Teams adds collaborative workspaces, unlimited project boards, unlimited team members, workflow templates, and admin tools and permissions. This structure makes Any.do suitable for starting with personal planning and expanding into household or team coordination.
Calendar integration is a central part of the product, with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and iCloud Calendar support, alongside integrations for Gmail, Siri, ChatGPT, WhatsApp, Slack, and Zapier. Browser extensions and synchronization help maintain access across supported platforms. Offline use is limited, and changes may not fully save until reconnection; Linux is not supported. Choose Any.do if you want one planner that combines daily tasks, calendars, reminders, and shared spaces. Consider another option if Linux support or fully dependable offline editing is essential.
