Anchor brings proposals, agreements, signatures, billing, and payment collection into one cloud platform for accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and other professional-service firms. Teams can create branded proposals and quotes, track client engagement, adjust scope and pricing, collect legally binding signatures, and request ACH or credit-card payment authorization. The product is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API, with a client portal for ongoing interactions.

Pricing is split into platform access and payment fees. Platform access costs $0 per month and includes unlimited users, companies and clients, proposals and agreements, automated invoices, automated payments, and dedicated human support. The payment-fee plan includes all features and tools, free bank transfer, unlimited proposals and agreements, and automated billing and payments, with a $5 fee per payment received. According to the published pricing details, credit-card payments may also incur a processing fee charged to the client. This model suits firms that want broad access without a conventional per-user subscription, but the transaction charge deserves close review for businesses processing many payments.

Anchor’s ecosystem coverage is a significant part of its appeal. QuickBooks Online and Xero synchronization support accounting workflows, while integrations include NetSuite, Sage, Zapier, Make, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, monday.com, Karbon, Client Hub, Financial Cents, and CCH Axcess. Audit trails, activity logs, service libraries, templates, and live adjustments add structure around the proposal lifecycle. Choose Anchor if accepted proposals should lead directly into billing and collection across accounting or practice-management tools. Firms seeking a conventional subscription model or a narrower proposal-only workflow may prefer another option.
