AmzChart is a web-based research and tracking tool for Amazon sellers. It supports product discovery through keyword, brand, and ASIN searches, then analyzes Best Sellers Rank, prices, reviews, ratings, sellers, sales indicators, categories, and other marketplace metrics. Sellers can track products and competitors, research reverse ASIN keywords, review historical metric charts, and receive email alerts about suspected hijackers. A Chrome extension also provides price-history tracking on Amazon without an account.

The Free Plan makes AmzChart accessible for basic research, with five product search queries and five product refreshes per day in the US marketplace. Its strongest fit is for sellers who need a concentrated Amazon workflow rather than a broad competitive-intelligence system. The feature set connects product research, category analysis, keyword research, competitor monitoring, and marketplace signals in one product. Data types include BSR, prices, reviews, ratings, sales, categories, seller data, keywords, search volume, purchase volume, CVR, listings, and release dates.

AmzChart is less suitable for teams that need cross-platform intelligence, broad integrations, or extensive historical coverage. The free usage limits may also constrain frequent research or larger monitoring routines. Its Amazon-specific focus is an advantage for marketplace sellers but a limitation for businesses comparing competitors across other channels. Buyers should choose it when Amazon product and competitor research are the priority; those seeking wider category coverage, deeper verified history, or broader ecosystem connections should consider a different type of competitive-intelligence platform. The refund policy generally excludes refunds, with a limited 24-hour exception for qualifying first-payment system-bug cases.
