Student and parent portals support access beyond administrative teams, while teaching and learning tools extend the platform into classroom workflows.
Alma uses a contact-sales pricing model rather than a standard public price list. School and district subscription fees, enrollment estimates, terms, and payment schedules are agreed in a separate statement of work. That structure may suit organizations seeking a tailored agreement across several administrative functions, but it gives buyers less immediate price visibility during early comparison. There is no free plan, so evaluation centers on the fit of the full platform and the scope negotiated for the school or district.
