Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Email provides hosted business email on custom domains for organizations that need more than basic mailboxes. It combines webmail with native iOS and Android apps, mailbox administration, account and domain aliases, calendars, cloud drive features, archiving, monitoring, audit capabilities, and security controls. The service is aimed at businesses that need centralized administration, collaboration tools, and support for mailbox migration.
The two paid editions create a straightforward capability split. Standard Edition includes mailbox administration, account aliases, calendar and cloud drive features, and email migration support. AI Premium Edition includes Standard Edition capabilities and adds AI-powered writing, smart replies, translation, and smart tags. Both editions require a minimum purchase of 3 accounts, making the service more naturally suited to teams than to single-user email needs. Administrators select account count, domain, and subscription duration during purchase, with the system calculating the price from those choices.
