Alibaba Cloud Cloud Firewall is a cloud-based network firewall for protecting assets across Internet, VPC, NAT, host, and DNS boundaries. It supports centralized access control, intrusion prevention, threat intelligence, virtual patching, outbound TLS inspection, traffic visualization, log auditing, and multi-account security management. Its audience includes small and medium-sized businesses using usage-based billing, as well as enterprises managing cloud data centers, private networks, and hybrid-cloud environments through Alibaba Cloud.
The published plans cover usage-based and fixed monthly deployment models. Pay-as-you-go costs USD 0.36 per instance per hour and includes post-paid billing, automatic asset discovery, one-click protection, and Internet, NAT, and VPC firewall capabilities. Premium Edition costs USD 420 per month for one firewall instance, 30 Mbps of included bandwidth, 10,000 access control policies, Internet firewall protection, and network IPS. Enterprise Edition costs USD 1,450 per month and adds three instances, 200 Mbps of included bandwidth, 50,000 policies, internal firewall capabilities, and centralized multi-account management. Ultimate Edition costs USD 3,900 per month and provides five instances, 800 Mbps of included bandwidth, 100,000 policies, enterprise features, and protection for traffic between multi-account VPCs connected by a CEN instance.
