Its supported channels include direct sales, eCommerce, marketplaces, dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and self-service ordering. That makes it a fit for manufacturers managing more than one route from product discovery to submitted order.

The platform’s strongest case is its coverage across the quote-to-order process and the surrounding commerce experience. Teams can convert CPQ quotes into sales orders, support one-click reordering, publish shoppable catalogs, and provide self-service access for customers, dealers, and distributors.
