AgentOS is a cloud-based CRM for Canadian real estate professionals, including solo agents, teams, brokerages, rental businesses and referral businesses. It brings together contact records, notes, interactions, communication history, deals, tasks, appointments and calendars. The platform also covers lead capture, source attribution, website forms, email templates, automated drip campaigns, reporting, custom fields, workflows and team collaboration. Its deal pipeline supports custom statuses and commission splits, while AI-assisted lead capture adds automation to the intake process.

The published pricing shows one paid tier: the Pro Plan costs CAD 39 per month with monthly billing. It includes AI Lead Capture, Automations, an Advanced dashboard, Smart reminders, Notifications and full CRM access. A 30-day trial is available, but AgentOS does not offer a free plan. The plan’s feature set covers the main needs of an agent managing prospects and active deals, including automated follow-up, lead routing, email marketing, earnings reporting and key metrics. Integrations include Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Stripe and Resend.

AgentOS fits buyers who want a focused, browser-based CRM rather than a broad property operations system. Its strengths are contact and deal management, lead capture, follow-up workflows and synchronization with Google and Microsoft services. The web platform also supports mobile browser access. However, its positioning is less suited to teams looking for extensive property-specific functionality or multiple plan choices. Solo agents who mainly need organized contacts, pipelines, reminders and basic marketing automation should find the scope aligned with their needs; buyers seeking a deeper real estate operations platform should look for a more specialized alternative.
