AgentLocator CRM is a paid customer relationship management platform for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. It brings together contact records, lead activity, tasks, communications, property listings, follow-up campaigns, and pipeline statuses. Agents can track lead activity, send mass email and SMS messages, deliver listings based on lead preferences, import contacts, assign or reassign leads, and manage tasks from mobile apps. The platform is available on web, iOS, and Android, with website-based lead capture included in its category offering.
Pricing is organized into Grow 12, Level Up, and Corporate packages. Paid plans start at CAD 199, with flat monthly pricing and included seats rather than per-user billing. Grow 12 includes four seats, while Level Up includes six. Both provide the CRM and lead-conversion platform, CRM mobile app, HomeLocator mobile app, automated eCampaigns, and mass mailing. Corporate adds a brokerage solution alongside the core CRM, mobile apps, automated campaigns, and mass mailing. Annual pricing is presented as a monthly equivalent billed annually.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need mobile access, automated nurture, listing delivery, built-in calling and texting, and straightforward lead routing in one real estate-focused system. Integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Follow Up Boss, Zapier, and Twilio support connections with common communication and workflow tools. AgentLocator CRM is less suited to buyers seeking extensive CRM customization or deeper feature breadth beyond lead conversion and follow-up. Teams should choose it when affordable mobile nurture and practical real estate workflows matter more than a wider enterprise feature set.
