AgencyZoom is a cloud-based CRM and sales automation platform for insurance agencies and producers. It brings lead management, configurable sales and service pipelines, prospecting, onboarding, renewal workflows, policy tracking, reporting, and producer compensation into one system. Agencies can manage goals, activity, sales, and performance through dashboards, while mobile apps support leads, tasks, reports, and pipelines on iOS and Android. It is best suited to agencies focused on sales and renewals that want insurance-specific workflow management rather than a general-purpose CRM.

Pricing is segmented by agency type. The published plans show Single Location Agency at $99 per month and Multiple Location Agency at $129 per month, with custom lead pipelines, renewal automation, compensation calculation, and mobile access. Essential costs $149 per month and adds prospecting automation, lead management, sales tracking, task management, two-way email integration, and AMS integration. Growth costs $199 per month and adds renewal automation, Google Reviews, and two-way email and texting integrations. Pro costs $349 per month and includes events automation, a service center, click to call, AgencyHR, renewal automation, and an activity tracker. A 14-day trial is available, and there is no free plan.

Integration and platform fit are central strengths. AgencyZoom connects with AMS360, QQCatalyst, EZLynx, NowCerts, Hawksoft, EPIC, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft/Outlook, Gmail, Twilio, RingCentral, Bridge, NerdPhone, and Vonix. Its API provides access to leads, customers, policies, and tasks, while email, texting, calendar, and telephony integrations extend communication workflows. Agencies should choose AgencyZoom when insurance-specific sales, service, renewal, reporting, and compensation processes are priorities. Agencies seeking a broadly applicable CRM outside insurance workflows should consider a different focus.
