AFrame is a web-based transaction management and CRM platform for real estate coordinators, agents, teams, and brokerages. It brings contacts, listings, contracts, documents, tasks, deadlines, workflows, reporting, and client portals into one workspace. Custom templates support tasks, dates, attachments, and emails, while transaction activity and communications can be logged for greater visibility across active deals.
Pricing includes a free plan and a 30-day trial. Paid Standard plans are organized by team size, from 1–5 users through 16+ users, with month-to-month billing and no setup fees shown for the smallest tier. Standard plans include unlimited contacts, transactions, and storage. Managed Agents can be added as needed and include branded client portal access, email and text reminders, reporting, and performance tracking. The published pricing shows tiered monthly per-user rates, with a starting rate of 14.
AFrame connects with email, calendars, ShowingTime, Supra, Zapier, Mailchimp, SendGrid, and an open API, giving teams options for extending workflows and sharing transaction information. Its strongest fit is for organizations that prioritize deadline automation, document organization, portal access, pipeline visibility, audit history, and performance reporting. Signature work is limited to manual status tracking, and compliance checklists are not part of the platform. Teams that need built-in e-signatures or compliance-specific workflows should consider another transaction management tool.
