AFD Postcode is a UK-focused address lookup and validation product for organisations entering street-level address data. It suits call centres, telesales teams, contact-management users and developers. Postcode searches can return street, locality, town, county and postcode fields, while reverse searches can start with street and town information, STD code, partial postcode or county. The product runs across web, Windows and API environments, with support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 applications.

Its strongest fit is for desktop address entry and UK postcode workflows. The Invisible Robot can insert addresses when postcodes are typed, and advanced searches include sounds-like matching and wildcard replacement. Changed-postcode detection and replacement add a useful maintenance function. Website and application integrations are supported through the Address Validation API, website lookup integrations and ready-made plugins. Listed integrations include Magento, Shopify, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside AFD Robot.

Pricing is split between usage-based address and data validation for high-volume use and a monthly desktop package. The desktop package is listed at £15 per user per month and includes desktop software. The published pricing information also describes high-volume usage as usage-based, with a Request a Quote route. AFD Postcode is a good choice for UK organisations that prioritise postcode lookup, reverse search and Windows-based entry. Teams needing broad international coverage or a clearly defined batch-validation workflow should consider a different product.
