AdvisorCRM is a cloud CRM and operations platform for financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers, and advisory firms. It combines contact and opportunity management with portfolio and account data, workflow ticketing, document automation, compliance-oriented audit trails, AI meeting support, and integrations for email, calendars, custodians, e-signatures, and cloud storage. The free Core CRM plan includes unlimited contacts, segmentation, tasks, deals and opportunities, one calendar and email sync, custodian integration, and support for up to 3 users.
Its breadth is the main reason to consider it. The Workflows & AI plan adds a branded AI meeting notetaker, custodial alerts, advanced automation, unlimited calendars and email accounts, auto-filled forms, e-signatures, Zapier automation, and structured product, insurance, and tax modules. Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Nitrogen Wealth, Zoom, DocuSign, Charles Schwab, Calendly, Egnyte, SmartData, Typeform, and Zapier integrations extend the platform across communication, custody, scheduling, document, and automation workflows. The platform is available through the web and API.
AdvisorCRM also separates specialized capabilities into focused plans. Performance Reporting adds portfolio analytics and dashboards, Trading & Billing adds integrated trading and automated client billing, and Compliance Suite provides tools for regulatory requirements and compliance management. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and onboarding, custom integrations and API access, SSO, advanced security controls, a custom SLA, and premium support. Firms wanting a broad operating layer should consider AdvisorCRM; teams seeking only a lightweight contact database may find its wider plan structure more than they need.
