Adobe Real-Time CDP is an enterprise customer data platform built on Adobe Experience Platform. It brings together known, pseudonymous, online, offline, and partner data into unified customer and account profiles. B2C brands can use the B2C Edition, B2B organizations can work with leads and accounts through the B2B Edition, and combined businesses can use the B2P Edition to support the same person across lines of business. The product is aimed at organizations that need identity resolution, audience management, activation, and governance across complex customer-data programs.
Its strongest capability is the breadth of profile and audience operations. Adobe Real-Time CDP supports identity graph management, data validation through Experience Data Model mapping, and batch, streaming, and edge segmentation. Teams can create, enrich, evaluate, and activate audiences, forward events through streaming data collection, and compose federated audiences from warehouse datasets. Customer AI adds propensity scoring and look-alike audiences, while governance features cover consent, compliance, permissions, and data-use controls. Integrations include Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Facebook, and Google, with API access for automation.
The commercial model is structured around three editions, all priced according to profile volume. B2C is for B2C brands, B2B supports leads and accounts, and B2P combines B2C and B2B needs. Each edition requires contacting Adobe for pricing, and there is no free plan. That makes the product a fit for enterprise teams that need real-time profiles, identity resolution, and activation connected to Adobe's platform ecosystem. Organizations seeking a self-serve entry plan, public starting price, or a simpler standalone CDP should look elsewhere.
