Our verdict on Accudemia
Accudemia is a cloud-based academic center management system for educational institutions, tutoring centers, advising programs, and related student-support services. It combines online appointment scheduling with student self-service booking, tutor and staff scheduling restrictions, drop-in visit management, waiting queues, attendance tracking, surveys, session notes, assessments, reporting, and traffic analysis. Students can book through a browser, while staff manage schedules and center operations across one or more locations. Web, iOS, and Android access supports both administrators and students, and a 30-day free trial is available.
The published plans cover different levels of operational depth. Essentials includes appointment scheduling, virtual-session support, browser-based cloud hosting, and a Getting Started Session. Accudemia Light adds reporting, a sign-in kiosk, surveys, and automated imports and exports. Accudemia License adds multi-center management, appointment management, Zoom integration, Outlook and Google Calendar synchronization, student-facing Apple and Android apps, and the Wiggins AI Agent. Annual fees apply, while monthly subscriptions are available at one-tenth of the annual fee. Pricing is scheduled to increase on October 1, 2026.
Calendar and virtual-session support are central to the product’s ecosystem fit. Zoom integration supports virtual sessions, while two-way synchronization with Outlook 365 and Google Calendar can connect tutoring schedules with existing calendars; synchronization is an add-on for some configurations and uses a third-party utility.
