AccredTix brings accreditation and back-of-house operations into one event workspace for festival and live-event production, site, artist and supplier teams. It handles pass allocations and approvals, guest lists, document collection, vehicle arrivals, catering and accommodation. Credentials can be issued as printable badges or Apple and Google Wallet passes, with QR-code check-in and desk search for on-site use. It is intended for operational teams managing access and logistics rather than public ticket sales or a full festival schedule.
The free plan includes all 9 modules, approvals, allocations, check-in search, a branded supplier team portal, printable badges, standard Apple and Google Wallet passes, catering, accommodation and vehicle management. Pro is $69.99 per event per month, billed monthly, and includes everything in Free with no caps. It adds custom wallet branding, pass zones, ScanVerse handheld scanner sync, a REST API, a full audit log and the Ada AI assistant on web and mobile. Teams with contained accreditation needs can start on Free; Pro is relevant when these additional controls and integrations matter.
The workflow breadth is the main fit: supplier and artist portals support self-service for people, passes, documents and forms, while inductions can include slideshows, video, quizzes and signatures.
