Our verdict on AccessOne
AccessOne is SecureLink Networks’ software-only SD-WAN platform for medium and large enterprises. It runs on commodity x86 hardware or cloud virtual machines and provides encrypted overlays over existing MPLS circuits and legacy VPN hardware. The platform combines centralized management, dynamic path selection, automatic WAN failover, zero-touch provisioning, multi-tenant gateways, VPN access, and integrated security controls. It is suited to technical teams managing branch sites, headquarters, data centers, cloud environments, or service-provider networks.
Deployment breadth is a central strength. AccessOne supports branch and VM deployments through AccessOne Prime, with approximately 3 Gbps throughput, WireGuard, IKEv2, IPsec, dynamic path selection, and zero-touch provisioning. AccessOne Enterprise covers headquarters and data-center deployments with 10 Gbps or higher throughput, a DPDK kernel-bypass dataplane, and eligibility for the advanced security pack and IoT gateway features. Shared MTGE targets MSP and wholesale deployments, offering 10 or more tenants, VRF isolation, per-tenant NAT and routing, and internet breakout per tenant. Cloud deployment is available on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Security and operational visibility are built into the platform rather than treated as separate functions. The centralized VSM dashboard provides real-time monitoring and an audit trail, while default-deny policies, mutual TLS, and inline IDS/IPS support controlled network access. Integrations with Keycloak, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and Loki extend identity and observability options. AccessOne is a strong fit for teams that want software-only deployment, encrypted overlays, and multi-tenant control across hybrid environments. Teams requiring transparent plan pricing, or seeking a platform with a longer operating history, should consider alternatives.
