A business meeting platform for large calls, recordings, collaboration, and moderated access.

8x8 Meet is a business video conferencing product for team meetings, collaboration, and larger organizational calls. It supports HD video and audio, personal meeting spaces, calendar-based scheduling, screen and application-window sharing, cloud recordings, breakout rooms, dial-in access from more than 50 countries, and participation through web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Standard meetings support up to 500 active participants, while Very Large Meetings can support up to 10,000 attendees.
Pricing is handled through sales rather than a published numeric plan structure, and 8x8 Meet does not offer a free plan. The product’s feature set is oriented toward organizations that need more than basic video calls: moderation controls include lobbies and passcodes, meetings can be streamed to YouTube, and AI-generated summaries and action items help document conversations. Optional end-to-end meeting encryption adds a security control for meetings that require it.
Its ecosystem fit is broad for a business meeting tool. 8x8 Meet integrates with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook.com, Dropbox, and YouTube, and it is offered alongside 8x8 Work. Choose it if your organization needs large meetings, recordings, breakout rooms, dial-in access, scheduling, and moderated participation across desktop and mobile devices. Organizations seeking a free plan, public plan pricing, or standard meetings above 500 active participants may prefer an alternative unless Very Large Meetings meet their requirements.
