1CRM combines CRM and business management tools for small and midsize businesses. Its scope covers sales opportunity tracking and forecasting, marketing automation, order and inventory management, quotes, invoices, payments, project tasks and Gantt charts, customer service cases, reporting, calendars, and customizable fields and modules. Teams that want one system across customer-facing and operational work will find a wider feature set than a narrowly focused sales CRM. It supports web access, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and a REST API.
Pricing spans hosted and on-premise options. The Startup plan costs $13 per user per month when billed annually, supports up to 3 users, includes 300 accounts, 750 targets, leads, and contacts, and provides 1 GB per user of storage. Startup+ costs $20 per user per month billed annually, raises the limit to 10 users, includes 600 accounts and 1,500 targets, leads, and contacts, and keeps 1 GB per user. Professional costs $29 and Enterprise costs $34 per user per month billed annually; both support unlimited users, accounts, and targets, leads, and contacts, with 2 GB per user on Professional and 2.5 GB on Enterprise. A free on-premise Startup Edition is available for up to 3 users, while perpetual on-premise licenses cost $405 per user for Professional On-Premise and $585 for Enterprise On-Premise.
Deployment flexibility is a notable fit for organizations choosing between hosted software and their own Windows, Linux, or macOS server installation. Integrations include WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zapier, Make, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Choose 1CRM when sales, marketing, operations, projects, and service belong in one workspace. Choose a more focused CRM instead if your priority is a simpler interface centered mainly on pipeline management.
