If Print Screen stopped working after a G HUB update, first check the active profile and the key’s assignment in G HUB; the available release notes do not confirm a Print Screen-specific G HUB regression. Also make sure you are using G HUB rather than Logi Options+: Logitech documented a separate Print Screen action change in Logi Options+ 1.86.
Check the key assignment and active profile in G HUB
A remapped key can behave differently across profiles, or trigger an action other than the one you expect. Check the profile that is active when you press the key, then inspect the assignment for that key.

Open G HUB and select the Logitech device you are configuring.

Select the profile that is active when the problem occurs. If you expect the mapping to work on the desktop, check the desktop default profile as well.

Open Assignments and select the Print Screen key or programmable button.

Inspect the assigned action, any modifier, and the event behavior. G HUB assignments can be tied to a press or release, so confirm the selected event matches how you use the control.

If the assignment is disabled or incorrect, use USE DEFAULT to restore the control, then apply the intended assignment again.

Test the key in the profile and application where you expect it to work.

Logitech’s guides explain how to configure assignments and choose the intended profile: G HUB assignments and assign commands to device controls.
Confirm whether you are using G HUB or Logi Options+
G HUB and Logi Options+ are separate Logitech applications. Logitech’s Print Screen-specific update notice concerns Logi Options+ version 1.86, not G HUB. Logitech Support says: “After the update, the Screen Capture action no longer functions as a Print Screen key.” Options+ 1.86 introduced a separate Print Screen action.

If you are configuring the device in Options+, edit the key or button assignment and choose Print Screen when you want standard Print Screen behavior. Do not assume that the older Screen Capture action still acts as the Print Screen key in that version. See Logitech’s Logi Options+ 1.86 notice.
What the G HUB update evidence does—and does not—show
Logitech’s searched G HUB release-note material lists fixes, but it does not establish a Print Screen-specific fix or regression. That means the timing of the problem alone is not enough to show that a G HUB update caused it. Start with the profile and assignment checks above rather than treating this as a confirmed update bug. The release notes are available on Logitech’s G HUB page.

If Print Screen still does not work
If the mapping remains broken after checking the profile, assignment, and event behavior, the available details are not enough to identify a single cause. Record the device model, operating system, G HUB version, active profile, and what you expect the key to do versus what happens. Those specifics are needed to narrow down an individual setup.
