Si le fond noir apparaît sur l’écran de verrouillage avec Dynamic Lock screen, Samsung indique que ce service peut temporairement ne plus afficher son image. La solution recommandée est de désinstaller puis de réinstaller le service, puis de vérifier les mises à jour. Pour un fond d’écran classique, vérifiez plutôt le mode sombre et les thèmes téléchargés, puis sélectionnez de nouveau l’image souhaitée.
Déterminez où le fond est devenu noir
Vérifiez si le problème touche l’écran de verrouillage, l’écran d’accueil ou les deux. La procédure de réinstallation de Samsung concerne précisément Dynamic Lock screen : elle ne s’applique pas automatiquement à une image statique ou à tout autre fond noir. Les menus proposés peuvent varier selon le modèle Galaxy, la version logicielle, l’opérateur et le lanceur utilisé.
Si l’écran de verrouillage utilise Dynamic Lock screen
Samsung documente un problème temporaire dans lequel Dynamic Lock screen n’affiche plus son image ou montre un fond noir. Pour réinstaller le service :
- Ouvrez Réglages > Fond d’écran > Changer de fond d’écran.
- Faites défiler jusqu’à Services de fond d’écran > Dynamic Lock screen.
- Touchez le menu à trois points, puis Désinstaller.
- Revenez à Dynamic Lock screen, choisissez une catégorie et téléchargez-la de nouveau.
- Vérifiez ensuite si une mise à jour logicielle est disponible.
Les intitulés ou options peuvent différer selon l’appareil et l’opérateur. Samsung : que faire si Dynamic Lock screen ne fonctionne pas correctement.

Vérifiez le mode sombre et son programme
Le mode sombre modifie les couleurs de l’interface et des applications Samsung natives. Si l’apparence change à certaines heures, vérifiez aussi si le mode sombre est programmé. Pour le tester, ouvrez Réglages > Affichage et sélectionnez Clair. Samsung précise que le mode sombre peut ne pas fonctionner comme prévu avec certains thèmes téléchargés, polices à contraste élevé ou applications tierces. Samsung : utiliser le mode sombre sur un téléphone Galaxy.
Écartez un thème téléchargé
Un thème Galaxy peut modifier le fond d’écran, en plus de l’écran d’accueil, de l’écran des applications et des icônes. Revenez temporairement au thème par défaut et vérifiez si le fond s’affiche normalement. La disponibilité des thèmes et des options dépend du pays et de l’appareil. Samsung : définir un thème sur un smartphone.

Réappliquez l’image souhaitée
Si le fond noir concerne une image choisie manuellement, ouvrez les réglages du fond d’écran et sélectionnez de nouveau l’image enregistrée pour l’écran d’accueil ou de verrouillage concerné. Les écrans et étapes disponibles varient selon le modèle et la version logicielle; certaines instructions Samsung supposent l’utilisation de One UI Home. Samsung : modifier le fond d’écran d’un téléphone Galaxy.

Si le fond reste noir, redémarrez le téléphone et vérifiez les mises à jour du système et des applications. Samsung recommande ces vérifications pour les anomalies d’affichage. Si le problème persiste, notez le modèle Galaxy, la version de One UI et l’écran concerné avant de contacter l’assistance Samsung. Samsung : résoudre les problèmes d’affichage sur un téléphone.
