The POCO X7 Pro is the more performance-focused choice on paper, with a Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset and LPDDR5X/UFS 4.0 memory. The vivo T5 5G emphasizes a larger, faster-refreshing display and a 7050mAh battery with 44W charging. The listed vivo India price is ₹34,999 for 6GB/128GB, but a reliable price difference cannot be stated without a same-day comparison against the POCO’s equivalent variant and seller.

POCO X7 Pro vs vivo T5 5G: specs comparison

The figures below come from POCO’s global specifications and vivo’s current India product page. They are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results, and the products’ regional versions may differ.

Which phone is faster?

The POCO’s listed chipset and faster memory and storage standards make it the stronger-looking option for demanding apps and games on paper. The vivo page lists a Dimensity 7500 Turbo, but the available information does not include comparable benchmark results or controlled performance testing. A specification sheet alone cannot establish the size of any real-world speed difference.

Display: larger and faster, or smaller and sharp?

The vivo has the larger panel and higher stated refresh ceiling: 6.83 inches and up to 144Hz, compared with the POCO’s 6.67 inches and up to 120Hz. That may suit readers who value screen area and smoother supported motion. The POCO’s listed resolution is 2712 × 1220; vivo describes its panel as 1.5K. Refresh rate and size do not, by themselves, establish brightness, touch response, color accuracy, or overall display quality. If curved-versus-flat handling matters to you, confirm the exact regional model before buying.

Battery and charging

vivo specifies a 7050mAh battery and 44W charging for the T5 5G on its current India product page. The cited POCO specification details do not provide a dependable battery or charging figure, so this comparison cannot establish which phone lasts longer or charges faster. Capacity alone does not predict battery life; usage, software, display settings, and network conditions all matter.

Camera comparison

vivo lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP selfie camera; it also lists 4K recording from both front and rear cameras. The cited POCO details do not provide a matching camera specification set, so there is not enough evidence here to name a camera winner. Megapixel counts and feature lists cannot substitute for comparable photo and video testing.

Price difference: what the available listing establishes

The vivo India store lists the T5 5G at ₹34,999 for the 6GB/128GB configuration. This is an observed listing, not a guaranteed, permanent, or worldwide price. Third-party POCO X7 Pro price pages show differing figures, and they do not establish a like-for-like comparison with the vivo store listing.

To calculate a useful price difference, compare the two phones in the same country on the same date, with equivalent RAM and storage, and account for seller and any discount. Without those matching details, a single gap would be misleading.

Check the exact regional model before buying

The POCO specification source is global, while the cited vivo product and store pages are India-specific. In addition, a vivo parameter page retrieved for this model conflicts with vivo’s current product page: it lists an LCD screen, a different processor and battery capacity, and a different rear-camera setup. Those two sets of figures should not be combined as if they describe one confirmed configuration. Verify the live product listing and exact country SKU before purchase.

Confirm the model name and country-specific SKU on the seller’s listing.
Check the RAM and storage tier, operating-system version, supported network bands, and warranty for that exact variant.
Use current listings for both phones from comparable sellers when working out the price difference.

Which should you choose?

Consider the POCO X7 Pro if its listed chipset and LPDDR5X/UFS 4.0 configuration are your main priorities, and verify the battery, camera, and exact variant on the regional listing.
Consider the vivo T5 5G if you prefer a larger 144Hz display and value its listed 7050mAh battery, 44W charging, and OIS-plus-ultra-wide rear-camera setup.
Compare both listings before deciding if price is decisive: the available vivo figure is for India and 6GB/128GB, so it is not directly comparable with an unspecified POCO configuration or a price from another seller or date.

These are specification-led trade-offs, not a verdict based on independent performance, battery, or camera tests.
