The POCO F6 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform, built on a TSMC 4nm process. Its rear cameras are a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera; the front camera is 20MP. POCO also lists rear video recording up to 4K at 60fps. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent performance or camera-quality test results.
Which chipset does the POCO F6 use?
POCO Global specifies the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform, fabricated using TSMC’s 4nm process. Its listed CPU has three core types in a 1+4+3 arrangement:
- One Cortex-X4 core, up to 3.0GHz
- Four Cortex-A720 cores, up to 2.8GHz
- Three Cortex-A520 cores, up to 2.0GHz
POCO also lists an Adreno GPU and Qualcomm AI Engine. The official specifications identify these components but do not, by themselves, establish how fast the phone performs in everyday use or in comparison with another model.
What cameras are in the POCO F6?
50MP main rear camera
The main camera uses a Sony IMX882 sensor and has an f/1.59 aperture and a 6P lens, according to POCO’s global specifications. POCO describes it as OIS-powered on its product page. The specifications also list 1.6μm large pixels with 4-in-1 pixel binning.

8MP ultra-wide rear camera
The secondary rear camera is an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide. Its presence and resolution describe the hardware, but they do not indicate how its images compare with those from other phones.
20MP front camera
The front camera uses an OV20B sensor and is listed at 20MP, with an f/2.2 aperture and a 4P lens.

POCO’s product page compares the F6’s processor with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and reports performance figures, including an AnTuTu result. POCO attributes these to its internal lab testing and cautions that actual results can vary with testing conditions. They should therefore be read as manufacturer-reported results, not as independent benchmark findings or a guarantee of the experience every owner will get.
Do specifications or included accessories vary by region?
POCO warns that functions and package contents may vary by market. Its global page lists a 90W charger and protective case in the box, but buyers should check the packaging or local product listing for their specific market rather than assume those accessories are included with every regional version.
