vivo X200T: higher-tier listed chipset
vivo lists the Dimensity 9400+ on a 3nm process, alongside 12GB RAM and LPDDR5X Ultra memory with UFS 4.1 storage. OPPO identifies the Reno15 Pro’s processor as the Dimensity 8450. On the named platforms and specifications, the X200T is the stronger choice on paper for buyers prioritizing chipset capability. The available specifications do not include matched benchmarks, sustained gaming tests or thermal measurements, so they cannot establish the size of a real-world speed advantage.

vivo X200T
vivo lists three 50MP rear cameras: a main camera with OIS, an ultra-wide and a 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto. vivo claims up to 100x digital zoom; that maximum is a manufacturer claim, not evidence that images at that zoom are usable. The listed front camera is 32MP. vivo X200T product page.
For a decision based on camera hardware, consider whether you are more interested in OPPO’s 3.5x portrait telephoto and 200MP main-camera specification or vivo’s 70mm-equivalent periscope camera. Durability and water-resistance caveats
OPPO describes IP66, IP68 and IP69 laboratory ratings for the Reno15 Pro, while vivo lists IP68/IP69 under its stated conditions. These classifications do not make either phone waterproof or guarantee protection in every exposure scenario. vivo warns that resistance can diminish with daily use and advises against routine immersion and charging while wet. A rating alone also does not establish warranty coverage for liquid damage. OPPO Reno15 Pro India product page; vivo X200T product page.
