Its 64MP telephoto camera offers 3x optical zoom, a feature that gives the phone a clearer photographic purpose than a spec sheet built around a main camera alone. The trade-offs are software clutter, a slippery finish, no official IP rating, and a buying decision that depends heavily on today’s local price and the phone’s condition.
What stands out about the Reno10 Pro+
OPPO’s India product page lists a 6.74-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, and a claimed peak brightness of 1,400 nits. These are manufacturer specifications; actual viewing experience can vary with content and conditions. The large, curved display is well suited to video and scrolling, while the high refresh rate makes supported animations look smoother.
The camera setup is the phone’s strongest differentiator. OPPO lists a 50MP main camera, a 64MP telephoto portrait camera with optical image stabilization and 3x optical zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP autofocus selfie camera. The dedicated telephoto lens gives you a practical way to frame portraits and distant subjects without relying solely on digital enlargement. Reviewers at MySmartPrice and 91mobiles praised the camera system, but those are editorial assessments—not a guarantee of consistent results in every scene or lighting condition. Design and display: polished, but slippery
In its 2023 review, 91mobiles described a curved glass back and aluminum frame and liked the phone’s appearance, while pointing out the prominent raised camera housing. Gadgets 360 found its matte-backed test unit slippery and said its review package included a silicone case. The 6.74-inch, 120Hz screen is a substantial part of the experience: it gives you generous space for media and apps, and a faster refresh rate than a standard 60Hz panel. OPPO also claims a peak brightness of 1,400 nits and lists HDR10+ certification. Camera review: the 3x telephoto is the reason to look closer
Portraits and zoom
The 64MP telephoto portrait camera with 3x optical zoom is more distinctive than a typical secondary depth sensor: it provides a dedicated focal length for portraits and tighter framing. OPPO also lists optical image stabilization for this camera. MySmartPrice and 91mobiles both viewed the triple-camera system positively, although individual photo quality depends on the subject, lighting, and shooting conditions.

Main, ultra-wide, and selfie cameras
The other rear cameras are a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide, while the front camera is a 32MP autofocus unit, according to OPPO’s India specifications. That gives the phone multiple framing options, but megapixel counts alone do not establish how every camera performs across situations. Performance and software
OPPO Malaysia identifies the Reno10 Pro+ 5G as model CPH2521 and lists a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 platform. That is a regional specification; confirm the model number and hardware for the particular market or listing you are considering. Gadgets 360 noted in its 2023 review that newer chipsets had already appeared, making the Reno10 Pro+’s value more sensitive to its price when compared with newer alternatives. MySmartPrice’s 2023 review unit ran ColorOS 13 based on Android 13. The reviewer criticized preinstalled games and App Market recommendations. That describes the software observed at review time; it does not establish the version currently installed on a particular handset or its present update status. Before buying a used or older-stock phone, check its software version and available updates directly.
Battery life and charging
OPPO Malaysia lists a 4,700mAh typical battery capacity (4,560mAh rated) and support for 100W SUPERVOOC charging. The manufacturer’s India page advertises 50% charge in 9.5 minutes and a full charge in 27 minutes under its stated test conditions; those are OPPO claims, not independent results. Independent results differ because reviewers used their own test methods. MySmartPrice reported roughly five hours and 45 minutes of screen-on time in normal-mode use and a full charge in about 25 minutes with the bundled 100W charger. Gadgets 360 reported 75% in 15 minutes and a full charge in 30 minutes using its SUPERVOOC charger. Is the Reno10 Pro+ worth buying today?
The cited reviews place ₹54,999 in India as the phone’s 2023 launch-era price; it is historical context, not a current quote. The sources do not establish today’s stock, pricing, software support, or the condition of any available unit. MySmartPrice and 91mobiles compared it at launch with phones such as the OnePlus 11 and iQOO 11, but those comparisons do not establish which alternatives are currently available or best value. Before deciding, compare the offer against phones actually sold in your market. Give particular weight to:
- Price and condition: Check whether the phone is new, used, refurbished, or old stock, and inspect warranty and return terms.
- Camera priorities: Decide whether a dedicated 3x telephoto matters more to you than the camera systems on current alternatives.
- Charging: Confirm whether a compatible SUPERVOOC charger is included or available; advertised charging speeds depend on compatible equipment.
- Software: Check the installed Android and ColorOS versions, update availability, and preinstalled apps on the specific unit.
- Durability and compatibility: Verify the handset’s regional model, network-band compatibility, and any seller-stated protection or warranty. Do not assume an official IP rating.
- Performance generation: Compare the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with the chipsets in phones at the same current price, rather than relying on launch-era rankings.
