The OnePlus 13s and vivo X200 FE are similarly sized Android phones, but their published specifications point to different priorities. OnePlus pairs the 13s with a Snapdragon 8 Elite, while vivo lists a larger-capacity battery, higher rated wired charging and a three-camera rear system that includes an ultra-wide lens. vivo’s India launch prices were ₹54,999 for 12GB+256GB and ₹59,999 for 16GB+512GB; a reliable current, like-for-like checkout price difference is not established here.

How different are the screens and physical sizes?
The diagonal measurements are nearly identical: OnePlus lists 6.32 inches for the 13s and vivo lists 6.31 inches for the X200 FE. vivo specifies an AMOLED panel with 2640 × 1216 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The cited OnePlus product page gives the diagonal size but not resolution or refresh rate, so those values cannot be compared from these sources.

The listed weights are also close: 185 g for OnePlus and 186 g for vivo. Their published height and width are nearly the same as well. vivo specifies a 7.99 mm thickness; the cited OnePlus page does not state thickness. The numbers suggest similar published height, width and weight, but they do not establish how either phone feels in the hand.
Which phone has the faster chipset?
The OnePlus 13s uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite; the vivo X200 FE uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+. Those are the respective manufacturers’ published processor specifications. They do not, by themselves, establish which phone is faster in a particular game, sustained workload, or everyday use: no sufficiently documented independent test result is available here to make that claim.
If processor platform is the deciding specification, the choice is direct: Snapdragon 8 Elite on OnePlus, Dimensity 9300+ on vivo. For a real-world performance decision, look for testing of the exact regional models and software versions, with comparable workloads and test conditions.
How do the cameras compare?
Rear cameras
OnePlus lists a 50 MP camera with 2× optical zoom. vivo’s India launch materials list three rear cameras: a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, with ZEISS branding. The specifications establish that vivo explicitly lists an ultra-wide module, while the OnePlus product details cited here emphasize its 2× optical-zoom camera.

They do not show which phone produces better photos, handles low light better, or delivers more consistent video. Those comparisons require matched samples or a controlled review.
Front cameras
The 13s has a listed 32 MP front camera with autofocus; vivo lists a 50 MP front camera. A higher megapixel figure alone does not prove sharper or better-looking selfies, and the cited specifications do not provide a like-for-like image-quality comparison.

Do the battery and charging numbers favor vivo?
On published capacity and charging ratings, yes: vivo lists 6,500 mAh typical capacity, 6,340 mAh minimum rated capacity and 90 W FlashCharge. OnePlus lists a 5,850 mAh battery and 80 W SUPERVOOC. These are manufacturer-stated capacities and charging ratings, not measured runtime or full-charge times.
Actual endurance depends on factors such as display settings, signal strength, apps and workload. Likewise, a charging wattage rating does not say how long a full charge takes under ordinary conditions. The cited specifications do not provide comparable battery or charging tests.

vivo Community India’s 2025 launch recap reported these X200 FE prices, excluding bank offers:
| vivo X200 FE configuration | India launch price |
|---|---|
| 12GB+256GB | ₹54,999 |
| 16GB+512GB | ₹59,999 |
These are historical launch prices, not a live offer. OnePlus’s launch event listing dates the 13s launch to June 5, 2025, and vivo’s India launch materials identify July 14, 2025 as the X200 FE launch date. A 91mobiles comparison snapshot later showed ₹54,999 for the OnePlus 13s via Amazon and ₹52,880 for the X200 FE marked out of stock. That snapshot does not verify current stock, checkout totals or matching storage configurations, so it should not be treated as a current price difference.
For a fair purchase comparison, check both phones at the same time, compare matching RAM and storage where available, and include bank discounts, exchange conditions, delivery charges and stock status in the checkout total. The cited materials do not establish a current like-for-like India price difference.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the OnePlus 13s if: Snapdragon 8 Elite is your priority, or its listed 2× optical-zoom camera and 32 MP autofocus front camera better match the specifications you want.
- Consider the vivo X200 FE if: its published battery capacity and 90 W charging rating matter more to you, or you want a listed ultra-wide rear camera alongside main and telephoto cameras.
- Compare checkout prices before deciding: vivo’s cited prices are launch figures, and the later comparison snapshot is not a verified current, matching offer.
These are spec-based distinctions, not a hands-on verdict. Manufacturer pages: OnePlus 13s and vivo X200 FE. Launch and price references: OnePlus launch event, vivo India launch page, vivo Community India launch recap and 91mobiles comparison snapshot.
