India price snapshots show a substantial displayed gap, though they are not matched offers for equivalent configurations.

Which phone has the better size and display?
OnePlus 13: more screen and resolution
At 6.82 inches and 3168 × 1440 pixels, the OnePlus 13 has the larger, higher-resolution display. Its listed panel supports a dynamic 1–120 Hz refresh rate. vivo X300 FE: more compact dimensions
The vivo’s 6.31-inch screen and 191 g listed weight make it the smaller, lighter option in this comparison. Its 2640 × 1216 AMOLED panel also has a 1–120 Hz refresh rate. Choose it if a phone that takes up less space matters more than maximizing screen size. The size and weight specifications do not, by themselves, establish how comfortable either model will feel in your hand.
How do performance and configurations compare?
The official pages list different processors: Snapdragon 8 Elite for the OnePlus 13 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for the European vivo X300 FE. The names and listed CPU frequencies are not a substitute for comparable benchmark or sustained-performance testing, so they do not establish a speed winner.
The configuration comparison is also regional rather than like-for-like: OnePlus North America lists 12 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB options, while vivo Europe lists 12 GB + 512 GB. Check the exact local model and storage before comparing availability or price. These manufacturer pages do not establish that every configuration is sold in every country.
Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers show
OnePlus lists a 6000 mAh dual-cell battery. vivo lists 6500 mAh typical capacity and 6350 mAh rated capacity. Those published figures give the vivo the higher stated capacity, but they cannot predict which phone will last longer for a particular person without matched endurance testing.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteFor wired charging, OnePlus lists 80 W SUPERVOOC and says charging can reach up to 100 W with its 100 W Dual Ports Adapter. The vivo lists 90 W FlashCharge and notes that actual charging power varies. For wireless charging, OnePlus lists 50 W AIRVOOC; vivo lists 40 W, which requires the compatible charger and cable specified by vivo. Confirm the required accessories and what is included in the box for your market before purchase.
Camera hardware and the optional vivo telephoto extender
Both phones list 50 MP main and telephoto rear cameras, but their other camera specifications differ. OnePlus lists a 50 MP ultrawide and 32 MP front camera; vivo lists an 8 MP ultrawide and 50 MP front camera. Megapixel counts do not establish image quality, and the available specifications are not comparable camera tests.
Rank #2
vivo says its compatible ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is sold separately. It is an optional accessory for buyers interested in that specific telephoto setup, not part of the standard camera specification. See vivo India’s product page for its compatibility and separate-purchase details.

Prices below are snapshots accessed on October 4, 2026, not guaranteed current checkout prices or manufacturer list prices.
| Price source and market | Displayed model and seller | Displayed price |
| 91mobiles retailer-linked India comparison | OnePlus 13 via Croma; configuration not established in the snapshot | ₹57,994 |
| 91mobiles retailer-linked India comparison | vivo X300 FE via Amazon; configuration not established in the snapshot | ₹94,999 |
| vivo India store | Selected X300 FE item, 8 GB + 256 GB | ₹89,999, shown against ₹109,999 MRP |
The 91mobiles page’s displayed prices differ by ₹37,005. That arithmetic is not a dependable like-for-like buying gap: the retailer-linked snapshot does not establish matched configurations, and prices, stock and checkout terms can change. The separate vivo store listing is for 8 GB + 256 GB, unlike the 12 GB + 512 GB European specification, so it should not be treated as the same configuration.
As dated context rather than a current offer, an Android Central review in May 2026 reported X300 FE launch pricing of €999 in Austria and ₹79,999 in India. Those launch figures should not replace current market checks. Sources: 91mobiles comparison, vivo India store and Android Central’s May 2026 review.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the OnePlus 13 if a larger, sharper screen is your priority, or if the North American-listed 12 GB + 256 GB or 16 GB + 512 GB options suit your needs and are available locally.
- Choose the vivo X300 FE if you prefer a smaller, lighter phone, want the larger stated typical battery capacity, or value its higher listed front-camera resolution and IP68/IP69 rating on the European page.
- Compare local offers before deciding if price is decisive. Match market, RAM and storage, seller, warranty, included charger and any discount conditions; the India snapshots above do not provide a matched-configuration comparison.
Before ordering either phone, verify network-band compatibility, warranty coverage, software support and charger inclusion for the exact regional model. The specifications cited here come from North American OnePlus, European vivo and India retail materials, which do not describe one uniform market.
