The Galaxy S25 FE is thinner and lighter. Those figures do not prove which phone takes better photos, runs faster in everyday use or lasts longer on a charge—and there is no meaningful current price gap to quote without matching the country, storage configuration, seller and date.

The table uses OnePlus’s North American specifications and Samsung’s US announcement, so it is a specifications comparison rather than a universal comparison of every regional model. Samsung’s chipset and memory figures below come from 91mobiles, not Samsung’s cited US announcement.

What the display and performance specifications mean
Display size and resolution
The OnePlus 13’s listed display is 0.12 inches larger diagonally and has a higher resolution than the S25 FE’s. That gives OnePlus the advantage on paper for screen area and pixel detail. Both manufacturers list refresh rates up to 120Hz, but the figures alone do not establish brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility or how smoothly either phone behaves in real use.
Chipset and memory
OnePlus names the Snapdragon 8 Elite and offers 12GB or 16GB RAM in the cited North American configurations. The S25 FE’s Exynos 2400 and 8GB RAM figures are reported by 91mobiles; they should not be mistaken for details confirmed by the cited Samsung US announcement. Neither a chipset name nor a RAM count is a substitute for controlled testing, so this comparison cannot establish a real-world speed winner.

Camera hardware is not the same as camera quality
OnePlus lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a 3x optical telephoto. Samsung lists a 50MP wide camera, a 12MP ultrawide and an 8MP 3x optical telephoto. OnePlus therefore lists higher megapixel counts for its ultrawide and telephoto cameras, but megapixels alone do not determine image quality. A dependable camera verdict needs comparable photos and video across conditions such as low light, portraits, zoom and moving subjects; the published specifications do not provide that evidence.
Battery capacity, charging and adapters
OnePlus lists a 6,000mAh typical-capacity battery, compared with Samsung’s 4,900mAh figure. Capacity does not tell you how long a phone will last between charges: display settings, software, signal strength and workload all affect endurance, and these specifications are not battery-life tests.
The listed wired charging figures are not directly equivalent measurements. OnePlus lists 80W SUPERVOOC, while Samsung describes a charge of up to 65% in around 30 minutes when using a 45W adapter. OnePlus also lists 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging and says its 100W wired rate requires the named OnePlus adapter. Samsung says its 45W adapter and 5A cable are sold separately. Check the local package contents and accessory compatibility before comparing what you would need to buy.
Size and durability
Samsung’s listed S25 FE is 190g and 7.4mm thick. Depending on finish, OnePlus lists its phone at 210g or 213g and 8.5mm or 8.9mm thick. The S25 FE is therefore lighter and thinner in these cited specifications; the OnePlus 13 is slightly taller and wider. OnePlus’s launch announcement claims IP68 and IP69 ratings, but the cited Samsung announcement excerpt does not establish an S25 FE rating, so it cannot support a rating-to-rating comparison.

There is no reliable current price difference to state without a target country, matching storage tier, comparable seller or list-price basis, and a check date. To calculate a useful gap, compare the same storage capacity in the same country, use manufacturer list prices or similar sellers, and note the date. State whether taxes, trade-ins and promotions are included.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the OnePlus 13 if its larger, higher-resolution display, listed camera configuration, larger battery capacity or faster listed charging are the specifications that matter most to you. Treat those as hardware differences, not proof of better photos, longer endurance or faster everyday performance.
- Consider the Galaxy S25 FE if a thinner, lighter body is a priority, or if its price in your market is more attractive once you compare matching storage and comparable offers.
- Compare firsthand evidence before deciding if camera results, actual battery endurance or performance are decisive. The cited sources do not provide controlled head-to-head tests or enough information to declare a winner on those outcomes.
Software-support periods for both phones are not verified by the cited primary sources, so this comparison does not rank them on update longevity.
