If you cannot find or enter a working code, try SimpleSet or learning if your remote supports those features, or contact One For All support. Button sequences and code formats vary by remote model.
Find your One For All remote model
Setup instructions are model-specific, so identify the remote before trying a code. One For All says the product number may be inside the battery door, on the back or bottom of the remote, on the front of the original manual, or on the packaging. Find your model in the One For All support catalog to reach its product information and instructions.
Look up the code for your device
Use One For All’s setup-code lookup tool and enter the exact make and model of the device you want to control. You can also check the code list at the back of your One For All remote’s manual. A code for the same brand may not work for every device, so use the code listed for your specific model where available.
Enter and test a code
Follow the setup procedure in the manual for your specific remote. The URC 7935 offers one example, but its button sequence and five-digit code format should not be assumed to apply to other One For All models.

- Turn on the device you want to control and point the URC 7935 at it.
- Start setup for the device type: hold TV Power and BACK for a TV; STREAMER POWER and HOME for a streamer or digital media box; or Volume + and Volume – for an audio receiver or sound bar.
- When the LED indicates setup is ready, enter the first five-digit code listed for your device’s brand.
- Test Power, or Mute for the specified audio setup. If the device does not respond, repeat the procedure with the next code listed for the brand.
For another One For All remote, use that model’s manual rather than copying the URC 7935 sequence. One For All provides product-specific setup instructions and code lists.
Set up without manually entering a code
Try SimpleSet if your remote supports it
SimpleSet is designed to set up many popular brands with a few key presses. One For All’s general description is to press MAGIC, select the device type, then hold the digit associated with the brand until the device turns off; the LED confirms setup. The available brands and exact controls depend on the remote, so check the SimpleSet section of its manual.

Learn commands from a working original remote
If your One For All model supports learning, it can copy commands from a working original infrared remote. You can use this when a code is unavailable or you need a function that the programmed code does not provide. Learning requires the original remote to work; consult your One For All manual or its knowledge base for your model’s procedure.
For the URC 7935, place the remotes facing one another about 3 cm apart. Hold TV Power and Mute until the red LED blinks twice, press the key you want to program on the One For All remote, then press the matching key on the original remote. A green double blink confirms a learned key. Repeat for each function. If learning fails, retry the procedure. These button names, spacing, and LED signals are specific to the URC 7935.

Contact One For All support
If no listed code works or the lookup indicates that a code is not in your remote’s memory, One For All recommends contacting customer support. Include the remote model number and the target device’s exact make and model so support can identify the relevant instructions or possible alternative.
Troubleshoot an unsuccessful setup
- The code does not work: Check that you selected the correct device type and looked up the exact make and model. Try the next listed code using your remote’s own setup procedure.
- SimpleSet does not offer your brand: SimpleSet is available on many, but not necessarily all, One For All remotes. Check the manual’s code list or another supported setup option.
- Learning does not work: Confirm that the original remote works and that your One For All model supports learning. Follow the model-specific distance, key, and LED instructions.
- Your device is a streaming player or stick: Verify compatibility for the exact remote and device before relying on a code. For example, One For All says the URC 7935 is not compatible with Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, or Roku stick.
What to include when asking for a specific code
Provide the One For All remote’s model number and the target device’s exact make and model. Include your region if you are asking about a replacement remote, because compatibility should be checked for the specific device and market. Without those details, a generic code or button sequence could point you to the wrong setup.
