What is Nutanix Partner Central?
Partner Central is Nutanix’s online hub for partner resources and tools. The company said it was designed to make partner interactions simpler and give partners clearer visibility into business activity. Its announced functions include access to program information, opportunity visibility and collaboration with Nutanix sales teams. The official portal landing page describes it as a source for partner resources and tools and provides login through a My Nutanix account.
Nutanix announced the portal on October 15, 2025, as a unified place for partner engagement. The announcement describes the intended direction; the public landing page does not provide a feature-by-feature status list.
Does Partner Central track renewals and incentives?
Nutanix’s launch announcement listed complete customer-renewal insights among the capabilities it planned to add in the months after launch. That makes renewal visibility part of the announced roadmap, but the available public information does not confirm that the feature is live now. The launch post also does not establish that Partner Central tracks every incentive or displays a partner’s complete incentive status.

Partner Central relates to Elevate, Nutanix’s partner program, but they are not the same thing: the portal is the hub, while Elevate defines program information, benefits and incentives. Nutanix describes Elevate as a channel-first framework with enablement, incentives and deal-registration support. Its reseller program page describes opportunities in new business, account expansion and renewals, including renewal-incumbency protections for eligible partners. Requirements and benefits can vary, so consult Nutanix’s current program terms for applicable rules.
Nutanix previously discussed renewal incentives in a 2022 announcement, including a planned pilot for select partners who consistently completed customer renewals on time. That is historical context, not evidence of current incentive terms.
What is PartnerGPT?
PartnerGPT is Nutanix’s announced GPT-style chat assistant for partner questions. In a CRN interview, Dave Gwyn, Nutanix’s senior vice president of Worldwide Channels and Customer Success, described potential questions about program rules, partner eligibility, rebates, products and accounts. CRN reported that Nutanix had reorganized partner information around a data lake to support the chat experience, with richer information intended over time. The October 2025 launch post presented PartnerGPT as a future addition, and its current availability is not confirmed by the public information cited here.
Gwyn’s stated rationale was to reduce time spent searching for information so partners could spend more time with customers. He told CRN: “The less time they’re spending with us, chasing information, the more time they’re spending with customers, either their existing prospects or going out and finding new [ones].”
What else did Nutanix say was planned?
Beyond renewal insights and PartnerGPT, Nutanix’s October 2025 announcement listed role-based views, an updated Partner Locator, demand-generation insights and personalized dashboards as planned additions. These are roadmap statements from that announcement; it does not establish the present availability of each feature.
