Bloomberg separately reported on October 2, 2026, that the hire was intended to accelerate expansion connected to a proposed IPO. Bloomberg attributed that context to a person familiar with the matter who declined to be named. The announcement establishes Osofsky’s title, reporting line and broad remit; it does not establish how the company’s operating performance will change or whether a proposed IPO will happen. His previous leadership experience is relevant to the responsibilities Nscale assigned him, but the appointment alone is not evidence of a business outcome.
