realme lists an adapter in the P4 5G package contents. Nothing Support lists the Phone (3a) handset, Type-C cable, safety information, pre-applied screen protector and SIM tray ejector, but does not list a charging adapter. Nothing’s support guidance says: “However, for optimal charging, we recommend using a branded charger that supports the PPS protocol.” Confirm package contents in your region and verify charger compatibility before purchase.

Both phones have a 6.77-inch AMOLED display. realme specifies a peak refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, while Nothing specifies adaptive refresh up to 120 Hz.
